BUA: Sites&Sounds October 8 - November 5, 2016
Opening Reception with BUA: Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 6-10pm
ArtHatch and Distinction Gallery are excited to host a solo featuring world renown artist the one and only BUA. Justin BUA is an award-winning artist, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and the only artist to sit on the United States Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee. Groundbreaking in his field, BUA is internationally known for his best-selling collection of fine art posters The DJ being one of the most popular prints of all time.
Bua will be present for the opening reception on Oct 8, 6-10pm. Many originals painted specifically for the exhibition will be available along with unique hand embellished prints on canvas, embellished limited edition prints, and signed, personalized books. The reception will also include live music, open studios, Stone Beer, and BK Cellars wine.
ArtHatch is a 7,000 square foot building which houses Distinction Gallery: exhibitions changing monthly, multiple exhibition spaces featuring work by represented artists,"The Alley" featuring over 20 local artists, 14 artist studios, ranging in size from 150 to 800 square feet, featuring the work of over 20 additional local artists, a teen studio featuring the work of up to 40 local teens. The front gallery features contemporary and cutting edge artwork, primarily figurative, by highly skilled artists.
