Odette Lezama Rodriguez

Odette Lezama Rodriguez was born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego. Her love for art developed at a very early age; as she observed her talented older brother Gus Lezama in his artistic creativity. She has worked in various mediums to include, acrylic, oil and water colors. Her fire painting began after her son graduated from Fire Academy in 2005. Fire paintings have since become her passion. Her oil on canvas paintings illicit a beautifully aesthetic but realistic flare that projects the impressive effects of forest fires.

Her favorite pastime is enjoying her grandchildren, reading and writing. She is a published children's book author and currently resides in Northern California.
