Press StatementDistinction is pleased to announce our July show "Mind Machine" featuring a group of 7 artists working in Concept Art curated by studio artist Roel Jovellanos. This show is sure to impress all the area art lovers. We will be hosting our usual second Saturday reception on Saturday July 11th from 6-11pm with music by Steven Juarez and a second reception during Comic Con on July 25th from 7-10pm. Both receptions will be have several artists in attendance as well as live music and beer/wine provided by local venues.
Participating artists are Android Jones, Donato Giancola, Nate Wragg, Edwin Rosell, Joseph Watson, Thomas Sincich, and Roel Jovellanos-who curated the exhibtion.
Also on display will be sculptures of and jewelry by Catherine Lanzl and Denise Bledoe and part of SDVAN's "Little and Large" exhibtion, which is taking place in galleries accross San Diego County. Visit here to find out more about SDVAN and the exhibits in participating galleries.

Distinction is a 7000 square foot building which houses a gallery and 14 artist studios ranging in size from 150 to 800 square feet. The Gallery features contemporary and cutting edge art work with a soft focus on Urban Surrealism. Distinction exhibits work by emerging and internationally acclaimed artists and is located at: 317 East Grand Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025.
"Mind Machine" shows July 11th through August 1st.
